My last official Layout for Pencillines...although I will be checking in and getting lots of inspiration from the new DT...can't wait to see what they create! I have really enjoyed the challenge of a different sketch every week and sometimes being forced out of my comfort zone.

I have also been busy creating with the new Fancy Pants collections. Here is an example from 'To the Moon' collection. This release is the perfect combo of colors, textures and design for all your boy projects. For more great ideas you can go to the Fancy Pants Gallery and Blog!

Fancy Pants Update!

I've had another post on the Fancy Pants blog, this time with a little tutorial on how to make these...

Go check it out here!

I've also added a Layout to the Gallery using a mix of several of the past Fancy Pants collections. I love how all their collections seem to mix and match.

Watch out for some creations from the new CHA release here on the blog soon!

I've been playing...with paper and glue :)

I'm trying to write down funny things my kids say so that I don't forget them and have the journaling handy when I'm ready to scrap the story. This was a classic from my son Max! He has a great sense of humor even if it isn't always appreciated at the time, it still makes for a good laugh and a good story.
Hope you have a great week!

Update

Well...she is gone, our beloved German Sheppard found a new home. It was a sad day and I did shed some tears. My husband Steve returned from the States the morning I had to take her to the pick up point and seeing that I was not doing real well he volunteered to take Rani. I probably wouldn't have been able to let her go and just taken her back home with me. We have had an update from her adoptive family and she is doing really well and they are just so happy with her. I'm glad she is adjusting but I still miss her lots!

Now to some happier news...I have been scrapping lots but can't share all of it just yet. But I do have one Layout that I can show here done with the 'Candy Shoppe' Studio Calico Kit for Pencillines Sketch 228.

The sketch was super easy to work with and I will probably do another project with it. Also loved the happy colours in the Kit. Nothing beats yellow...:)
